## Privacy Statement

The Art of Living respects your privacy. You can browse this website without supplying us with any of your personal details. Any personal information you choose to supply will remain private and will not be supplied to third parties without your permission (unless disclosure is required by law).

The Art of Living owns and retains the copyright and all other rights in the contents of this website, including all the text, pictures, photographs, graphics, marks and logos displayed on this site. 

You are not entitled to reproduce any contents on the site for sale, distribution or commercial gain. No part of this site may be incorporated in any other work, publication or site in any form/format whatsoever. You shall also not be entitled to modify and/or reuse any of the contents on this site for any purpose whatsoever. 

You may print copies of the information on this site for your personal use and/or store the files on your computer for personal use. 

The information and contents on this site are for general purposes only and may not be relied upon for any specific purpose. The Art of Living makes no representation or warranty as regards the accuracy or completeness of any information and/or contents contained in this site.

## Refund Policy

The contributions received for the program are generally non-refundable. However, the contribution may be refunded only if the participant(s) fall within the exceptions set out hereinbelow: 

* Participants may request a refund up to 5 working days before the start of a program but no later than 90 working days from the date of making payment of the program contribution.
* A request for refund received less than 5 working days before the start of a program or even after the start of the program, may be entertained only under exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen events including force majeure events leading to program rescheduling or cancellation.

**Note:** National holidays, Saturdays and Sundays shall not be considered working days for the purposes of this policy. 

Refunds, when processed, may take up to 21 working days for online contributions made through the standard registration link.
