Festival Guidelines

Welcome to the Intuition Festival at The Art of Living International Center — a joyful celebration of creativity, curiosity, learning, and fun for children and families alike! We hope you are as excited and energised as we are. It is truly a day dedicated to our little bright sparks.

Please find below some very IMPORTANT GUIDELINES that will help you be prepared for the BIG DAY.

For all participants who have registered for Accommodation at the Ashram and arriving on Monday, May 25, 2026 or Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

One day only

Accommodation will be provided for one day only — either May 25 or May 26. For extension of stay or extra accommodation, please contact Housing Reception directly. (Allocation is subject to availability and on a per-day payment basis.)

On arrival, the IP Fest Housing team has set up Housing Desks outside the Reception building and behind the Reception building.

3 or 4 Sharing

Housing Desk outside the Reception building

Look for the placard for 3 or 4 sharing accommodation. Volunteers will be present to guide you.

Dormitory

Look for the placard for Dormitory accommodation. Volunteers will be present to guide you.

Housing process

  1. Scan the QR code displayed at the Housing Desk.
  2. Authenticate using the OTP shared on your registered mobile number.
  3. Post authentication, show the confirmation message to the volunteer at the Housing Desk.
  4. Show your Govt. proof of identification — Aadhaar Card.
  5. Collect your Housing tag and IP Fest event band.

Event Flow

  1. 7:30 am

    Registration at the Reception

    Finish the reporting process by 8:30 AM at the Reception.

    Reception
    • For IP Junior Kids (5+ upto 8 years) — Collect the band (purple colour) from the designated counter at the Reception.
    • For IP Kids and Teens / Seniors (8+ years onwards) — Collect the band (blue colour) from the designated counter at the Reception.
    Important Note

    Bands will be issued to the registered kid/kids and one parent only. In case both parents are accompanying the kid, only one parent will be allowed access to the event venue i.e. Dhyan Mandir and Food Zone. The other parent can enjoy Me-time at the ashram.

  2. 8:00 – 9:00 am

    Breakfast

    Breakfast for kids and one parent will be served at the Pandal Area behind Dhyan Mandir.

  3. 9:00 – 9:30 am

    Assembly at Venue

    • For IP Junior Kids (5+ upto 8 years) — Assemble at Vishalakshi Mantap (VM) with parents.
    • For IP Kids and Teens / Seniors (8+ years onwards) — Assemble at Dhyan Mandir (DM).
  4. 9:30 am onwards

    IP Practice

    IP Practice session at VM & Dhyan Mandir, respectively.

    There is a dedicated enclosure for IP Juniors. Parents kindly cooperate and be seated in the separate area designated for you. (Do not worry about your kids. They will be in a dedicated enclosure close to you and will be taken care of by the volunteers)

    IP Kids and Teens / Seniors → Dhyan Mandir

    There is a dedicated enclosure for IP Kids and Teens / Seniors. Parents kindly cooperate and be seated in the separate area designated for you.

  5. 9:50 – 10:15 am

    Assembly

    After IP Junior practice, the volunteers will guide you to Dhyan Mandir

    Various activities and sessions

  7. 1:00 – 2:00 pm

    Lunch

    Lunch at the Pandal area behind Dhyan Mandir. Please note - only the registered kid and one parent will be allowed inside the Food Zone.

    Close of day

If you wish, you can stay back for Satsang. Satsang begins at 6:30 pm at Dhyan Mandir.

  • Any other games/activities that kids can perform blindfold

Kindly do not carry yoga mats.
